Refund and Returns Policies

Timor Treasures values its reputation and our clients and as such we strive to represent our treasures as clearly as possible given the computer screen as our medium of viewing. Every item will have the measurements and weight in metric and imperial. If you have any questions please email or call us prior to purchase. If your treasure arrives in an unacceptable condition Australian Consumer Laws & Rights ensures your claim to refund or replacement. Return postage is at Timor Treasures discretion and in conjunction with negotiation with you as the affected party. admin@timortreasures.com

  • Full refunds are available within 10 days in Australia.
  • Shipping and handling charges to clients are not refundable except upon negotiation.
  • Worn, broken, used, damaged, or altered items are not refundable.
  • If items are damaged in transit please retain the packaging and contact admin@timortreasures.com within 48 hours of receipt of order.
  • Return costs to be covered by the buyer until an agreement is reached with Timor Treasures. This is dependent upon the reason for return.
  • Returns need to be carefully packaged and sent in a crush proof box.
  • No International returns except upon negotiation.
  • Timor Treasures values its reputation. If we make a mistake packing your item/s please get in touch with us immediately so we can sort it out.
  • Change of mind is not an acceptable reason for return.
